Mode
of Language: As far as the examinations are concerned
the School gives the option to write the examinations
either in English or Telugu language (except for M.Sc.
Psychology, MA English, Hindi and Telugu courses).
However, the question papers may not be provided in
Telugu version for all courses. The option to write
in Telugu version should be treated as an additional
facility permitted to the students. In case of other
regions candidates can also write in Hindi language.
However course material will not be issued separately
in Hindi. |

Promotion:
Though the candidate does not secure 40% in each paper
he/she shall be promoted to Final year despite of
the backlog papers. Promotion to the final year shall
be subject to the condition that he/she should submit
the examination form within the stipulated time and
receive the hall-ticket in accordance with the instructions
laid down by the school. |

Hall
Ticket & Time Table: The hall-tickets will be
issued only to those candidates whose application
is found in order and is found eligible to appear
for the examination.
The hall-tickets can be received only us stated below
either,
i) One hour before the commencement of the examination
at their respective exam centre, or
ii) At the office of the School, three days before
the commencement of examinations. Detailed time-table
&: examination centre will be intimated to every
eligible candidate well in advance. |

Duplicate
Hall Ticket: Candidates desirous of having duplicate
hall-ticket have to apply to the "Controller
of Examination, Kakatiya University" with two
pass port photographs and fee of Rs. 20/-. Such
duplicate hall-tickets will be issued only after ascertaining
the facts that the original has been lost by the candidates. |

Ex-Candidates:
The candidates who could not appear for the Previous
Examination (HaJl-tickets being issued to them) shall
bo permitted to appear as ex-candidates during the
next academic year along with the annual examination
if continued on rolls for final year or the subsequent
annual examinations if completed the final year. |
The Candidates who could
not write the Final year examinations (Hall-tickets
being issued to them) shall be permitted to appear as
ex-candidates during the next annual examinations or
subsequent examinations. Such candidates are required
to pay the examination fees only. Intimations will be
sent lo these candidates only once and not during the
subsequent years, Candidates desirous to write these
examinations should observe the daily Newspapers or
contact the office for further details. |

Improvement:
The candidates are permitted to improve their performance
(except BLISc, and B.Ed, courses) in the examinations
of each subject in the immediate two examinations
after passing the respective examinations. Only one
chance will be allowed to improve their earlier performance. |

Recounting
and Revaluation: The candidates desirous to apply
for Recounting and Revaluation should obtain the prescribed
application form at the office of the Controller of
Examinations, Kakatiya University and submit the same
within the stipulated time to them along with the
fee mentioned below through 'B' Challan.
Application with a fee of Rs.20/- per paper for
recounting (only for undergraduate courses) of marks
will be accepted only up to one month from the date of
issue of memorandum of marks. In case of revaluation of script
will be accepted only upto one month from the date
of issue of memorandum of marks.

concerning Improvement, Recounting, Revaluation or
declaration of Results the students are requested
to contact the Controller of Examinations, Kakatiya
University.
