Candidates after passing the complete course can obtain immediately, the provisional certificate by applying in the prescribed form together as mentioned below. This certificate will be issued and valid only till the convocation. After the convocation, degree certificate will he issued. No second or duplicate provisional certificates will be issued.

Candidates who have not applied to the Convocation and those who would not obtain the degree having applied for the Convocation have to receive their degree in absentia- They may therefore apply for Degree in-absentia after the Convocation in the prescribed form.
